Prices in the catalog are effective January 1, 2010. All prices are subject to change without notice. YOUCAN TOOCAN reserves the right to discontinue products without prior notice. Prices in the catalog do not include shipping and handling charges.
Return Policy & Guarantee
We guarantee our merchandise to your satisfaction!
If, for any reason, you find a product unsatisfactory, you may return the product unused and in its original condition, including all instructions, within thirty (30) days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price. All labels must remain on the product for credit. Shipping charges are not refundable. A packing list or receipt is required for return. If any merchandise is received damaged in shipping, keep all packing materials and report the damage immediately to the carrier. Also contact our customer service representative at our toll free number 1-888-663-9396 to report the damage so we may process a replacement order for you.
Shipping Schedule and Method
Credit card orders will be processed and shipped within three working days of receipt of order. Merchandise that is out of stock will be back-ordered. Customers will be notified of back-ordered items within three working days. Next day, 2-day and 3-day service are also available upon request at an additional charge.
